Congressman Landsman and Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger (R-TN-01) introduced the bipartisan Saving Seniors Money on Prescriptions Act in February 2025 to help lower the costs of prescription drugs for seniors covered by Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage by increasing oversight of Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs).
